McDonogh Duals
All wrestlers in the Middle School Division must be 14 and under (as of 12/31/20) OR
8th grade and under. All wrestlers competing in the Elementary Division must be in
6th grade and under.  Be prepared to present wrestler's birth certificate should an
opposing team challenge a wrestler's age.  For wrestlers over the age limit currently
in 8th grade or under should be prepared to show their report card which shows
current school year and grade.  If a team would like to challenge a wrestlers age or
grade, the challenging team will be required to present birth certificates or reports
cards for all wrestlers on their team.

Teams may have more than one wrestler per weight class. Wrestlers may wrestle up
one weight class only.  Rosters will be due
the Tuesday, before the tournament.
Rosters will be entered in to trackwrestling.  Wrestlers may be added to roster until
the beginning of competition on Saturday.  Wrestlers can be added, scratched or
moved to a different weight class during weigh-ins.  Once teams are submitted on
trackwrestling on Tuesday night, wrestlers can not change teams without permission
from both head coaches.

Matches will be 3 1.5 minute periods with standard HS overtime rules.

Table Worker
Each team will need to provide a table worker for their match in every round.

Headgear is mandatory and team singlets are preferred.

Team Seeding
Seeding will be based on previous placement at the McDonogh Duals.  In addition we
will take other dual tournaments into consideration. Coaches will vote on team
seeding as well. Seeding will be left up to the tournament directors discretion.

Ties are figured out by trackwrestling based on standard tie-breaking rules.
